Aku ada 2 problem ngan maxis ni yg buat aku dok terpikir2 jer..pd pandangan aku la maxis la paling best diA nya service tp still got problem..huh..
(1) Prepaid vs Postpaid
Aku pnh guna postpaid before but dh tkr prepaid balik then terasa nk tkr postpaid balik jer but aku tak leh nk tkr till one person ni give athorisation letter untuk tkr ownership. Camne leh jdk cmtu?emm pnjang citenya...tp selagi tak de letter tu aku still tak leh tkr nama sim ni pada nama aku....
(2) Broadband lak
Kat tmpat aku coverage ok n don't think got a problem with coverage but the billed. After 2 months we never received any bill from maxis.yesterday my hubby got a called frm maxis informed that the bill was pending for 2 months. Terkejut ayam jap laki aku tu,dh la bill tak sampai umah,dh tertunggak 2 bln lak tu...aduhai...
Nk tak nk kene byr lak jugak...huhu
